Important!

When you click the Submit Order button, your order is sent for processing and cannot be canceled.

Returns will not be allowed unless the product shipped is due to an error by the John Deere Technical Information Store. Manuals must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment for replacement only. Shipment errors can be corrected by contacting Customer Support.

Returns are not allowed on electronic products, such as CD/DVDs. Defective CD/DVDs may be returned for replacement only. Requests for substitution cannot be honored.

Applicable domestic and international sales tax, based on the shipping address, will be added to all John Deere Technical Information Book Store orders.
